Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to
Volcan Wines! My name is Yiorgos Koutsoyiannopoulos, i am 35 years old and
i am continuing the work of a lifetime that our great-grandfathers have
started since 1880. That glorious year they first began to cultivate
grapes and to produce excellent wines!

| I am
the 4th generation who proudly continues to cultivate grapes and to
produce excellent wines, at our traditional and family but still fully
equipped winery. |
| After a
lot of effort and love, we have created inside the winery, an
underground museum with all the machinery, equipment and
tools which they were first brought to the island, since 1660 until
1950. |
| The
underground museum has height 6 meters and length 250 meters and by the
end of the tour, there is a big and comfortable projecting hall, where you
can watch the history of Santorini, starting from 1500 B.C. until today
and they procedure of producing wines, with the latest
technology! |
| I would
